1/2 mango
5 large romaine leaves (yes, we're stuck on romaine because it is cheap)
1 banana
1/2 can pineapple and juice
water
= Yum!
I'm starting to realize I like smoothies with at least 1 banana in them-- makes it a bit more smooth and creamy.

Believe it or not, your mother drinks 2 smoothies nearly every day! One green that just has a light-tasting, juicy fruit (pear or pineapple and juice), water, celery, a couple of mini carrots and lettuce.
The other is smooth and fruity. Banana, another fruit, oj, yogurt, flax oil and some healthy powders. :-)
you should start a smoothie blog, too!
